Maciej Iwaniukowicz is an attorney licensed in New York State and in Poland. He also is in a process of becoming a Solicitor of England and Wales. Maciej works for a global financial institution where he is responsible for intracompany contracts. Before that Maciej worked for three years as an associate with a boutique law firm based in Manhattan, New York. He also interned with major international law firms.
Maciej’s work experience includes filing multiple bankruptcy cases with several US federal district courts, filing civil law suits with New York Supreme Courts, drafting contracts for various services. Maciej has practical knowledge and experience of acting for both individual and business clients.
Maciej graduated from University of Florida, Levin College of Law and University of Warsaw School of Law. He has published on the issues of bankruptcy law, and attended various advanced bankruptcy courses.
Maciej is licensed as a Notary Public in New York and is a member of New York County Lawyers’ Association, New York State Bar Association, BIKKS.
